APRIL 2025 UPDATES
I’m Biky, and you probably already know me along with other AI sellers, but now I have a new version that includes:
Improvements in Biky.App: Now more intuitive and easier to navigate.
Personality based on the DISC system: Even though I’m an Artificial Intelligence, I have human personality traits that your customers will love. You can also create a personality tailored to your brand’s needs.
Error correction from KB: Smart Chat: Previously, you had to manually correct your AI seller’s errors. Now, you can easily do it directly from the chat by giving a thumbs down and indicating the correct response.
New catalog: My customer service depends on having a complete and updated catalog. That’s why we’ve improved this module, giving you better stock visibility, including variations like color.
Additionally, we’ve enhanced integration with your
e-commerce and improved the search bar functionality.
Improvements in Flows 2.0
You can now name and edit your workflows as you like. Plus, you’ll be able to find them quickly using the search bar.
We also made significant changes to its interface to simplify its use.
