From BIKY Greenberg to BIKY.ai: AI with personality

From BIKY Greenberg to BIKY.ai: the AI with personality that runs your customer lifecycle

Imagine hiring a salesperson who adapts perfectly to your business: the tone your customers expect, the hours they actually write, the channels they already use. When Keybe launched BIKY Greenberg in 2024, that was the promise of the first sales AI with personality. Two years later the idea has grown into something much bigger. The product is now called BIKY.ai, its AI persona is Biky Montes, and personality is only one piece of an AI driven operating system that covers the whole customer lifecycle.

This article explains what changed, what stayed the same, and why personality still matters when an AI talks to your customers.

What BIKY Greenberg was

BIKY Greenberg was introduced as a generative AI designed specifically for sales. Its distinctive feature was that you could choose a personality profile for it, such as an energetic salesperson, a calm customer service agent, a patient internal assistant or a warm close friend. Each profile adjusted how the AI spoke, how much it pushed for a decision and how it handled tension in a conversation.

That was a real step forward at a time when most businesses were still selling with rigid, scripted bots. But it was also a narrow view: one AI, one conversation, one goal. Sales do not end when someone says yes, and a brand's relationship with a person does not live in a single chat.

What BIKY.ai is today

BIKY stands for Better Intelligence, Kinder You. BIKY.ai is the AI driven operating system for the whole customer lifecycle. It answers every lead in seconds, qualifies, schedules and sells 24/7 on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat, and then keeps the relationship alive through delivery, after-sales and the next purchase. The human team keeps the closings; BIKY makes sure they arrive with context and at the right moment.

Around that AI there is a full suite: omnichannel conversation, a customer data platform (CDP), funnels, automations, metrics, campaigns and a catalog. In other words, personality is no longer a feature you pick from a list; it is how a complete system behaves with your customers across every stage.

Why personality still matters

There is a vast difference between the attention of a person and the attention of a machine, and customers feel it in the first two messages. The original idea behind BIKY Greenberg was correct: an AI that sells has to sound like someone, not something. BIKY.ai keeps that principle and applies it in three ways.

1. One persona, trained on your business

Biky Montes is the AI persona behind BIKY.ai. She is trained on your products, prices, policies and tone, so her answers are consistent with what your team would say. She does not invent information, which is what makes a personality trustworthy rather than merely charming.

2. Emotional intelligence instead of fixed profiles

Rather than choosing between an energetic profile and a calm one, BIKY reads the context of each conversation. A person asking for a quote at 11 p.m. gets a direct, useful answer. A person who is upset about a delivery gets patience and a clear next step. The same AI, the right register for the moment.

3. Personality that spans the lifecycle

The warmth that helps close a first sale is the same warmth that brings a customer back for a second one. BIKY.ai carries the relationship through delivery confirmations, after-sales questions and the next purchase, so the person always feels they are talking with the same brand.

How it looks in practice

  • Lead response: a lead writes on Instagram, BIKY answers in seconds, asks the qualifying questions and books an appointment in the calendar.
  • Handoff: when the lead is ready, BIKY hands it to a human seller with the full conversation and the data already stored in the CDP.
  • Follow-up: if the person goes quiet, BIKY follows up with the tone your brand uses, not with a generic reminder.
  • After-sales: once the sale is done, BIKY keeps answering, confirms deliveries and opens the door to the next purchase.

Industry versions: BIKY AUTO

In the automotive industry, BIKY.ai takes the form of BIKY AUTO, a commercial operating system built for how dealers actually sell: fast lead response, test drive scheduling, financing questions, delivery and after-sales. BYD Mexico adopted BIKY AUTO in more than 100 of its sales floors, which shows what a consistent AI personality can do at scale when it is backed by a full system.

Where the brand goes from here

Keybe designs and builds AI driven software for the relationship between brands and people. BIKY Greenberg was the first public expression of that mission; BIKY.ai is its current form, with a mobile app called BIKY AI so teams can follow conversations and closings from anywhere.

If you knew BIKY Greenberg for its personalities, you will recognize them in BIKY.ai. The difference is that now the personality comes with memory, data, automations and a team of humans who get to focus on what they do best: closing. That is what we mean by Better Intelligence, Kinder You.
